It’s that time of the month again, yup the new Passion Project is here. Whooop Whooppp!

This month we are making a Crochet Teacup!

Chai is my absolute favorite drink in the world. I like it hot, cold, blended, you name it. So, this month I ventured into my world of chai to make a crochet teacup filled with the spicey concoction. Really, the “liquid” in the teacup is brown so it could technically be a bunch of different drinks. I imagine mine as chai =)

Random fact of the day: Did you know that “chai” translates as “tea?” So when we Americans say chai tea, we are actually saying tea tea, *insert snicker here.*

I was able to sneak this project in while the kiddos weren’t looking, so I may actually get to keep this one. We will see, lol, they always seem to sniff out new projects and win the negotiations to expand their ever-growing crochet collection. I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world though =)

Alrighty lets get into the featured pattern this month. Remember these patterns are designed to be quick, fun, and easy. The goal isn’t to seek perfection, but rather to enjoy the art of making something beautiful. Feel free to put your own spin on the pattern, try different colors, make it bigger or smaller, etc. Don’t forget to let me see @zumamiko on social media platforms!!!

Happy crocheting friend!
